The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has set so many new records in football and outside the sport that it’s nearly second nature to him, but it never gets old.

1. Most goals in a UEFA European club competition season (17)
Ronaldo and Radamel Falcao are tied for the most goals scored in a UEFA European club competition in a single season.
In 2010/211, Falcao scored 17 goals in 14 Europa League games to help Porto win the competition. In the meantime, Ronaldo scored 17 goals to lead Real Madrid to the Champions League title in 2013/14.
2. Consecutive Champions League games scored (11)
Mr. Champions League has a Guinness World Record for an 11-game goal run between the 2016/17 and 2017/18 campaigns.
3. Top International goalscorer of all-time
Cristiano Ronaldo eclipsed Ali Daei’s 109 goals on Wednesday, ending Daei’s 17-year tenure as the all-time best goalscorer in men’s international football.
In a World Cup qualifier against Ireland, Ronaldo did so in style by saving his best for last. He scored two late headers to seal a 2-1 comeback victory. It not only secured all three points for Portugal, but it also brought his international tally to 111 goals in 180 appearances.
4. The oldest player to score a World Cup hat-trick (33 years and 130 days)
Even by Cristiano Ronaldo’s high standards, the treble against Spain in Portugal’s World Cup opener was exceptional.
For Russia, he was under extreme duress. Many people predicted that Portugal would lose to pre-tournament favourites Spain. La Roja, on the other hand, was in for a surprise.

The best record of any player in the history of the Champions League is 134 goals in 175 games.
For Manchester United, Ronaldo has 15 Champions League goals, 105 for Real Madrid, and 14 for Juventus.

Ronaldo, as previously stated, holds the record for most goals scored in the Champions League with 134. This is also the highest total reached by any player in any UEFA European club competition.
