Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was pictured on a private yacht with his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez . The power couple is spending the summer relaxing in Ibiza.
Ronaldo returned to England last summer, rejoining his former club Manchester United after three seasons with Juventus in Italy. His return was hailed with hope in Manchester, although that soon faded due to the club’s poor performance during the season.
United were eliminated from all domestic cup tournaments and were knocked out of the Champions League round of 16 by Atletico Madrid. They also did poorly in the league, as the Red Devils finished sixth.
Ronaldo, as is his wont, kept scoring despite United’s failure to provide him with superior players. He finished third in the league with 18 goals and finished with 24 goals overall in 38 games.
Ronaldo is now on vacation in Ibiza with his family. The Portuguese skipper was photographed while taking a shower. He was also observed regularly checking his phone. It’s unclear whether it has anything to do with Manchester United’s prospective transfer speculations.
Cristinao Ronaldo himself tweeted photos of himself enjoying in the sun and eating a huge family supper earlier this month. Georgina Rodriguez, his girlfriend, shared up to six photographs with him, including some touching moments with her children and extended family.
