Cristiano Ronaldo has already surpassed Sergio Ramos as the most capped European men’s player in international football.

In the second half, Jose Fonte and Andre Silva scored two more goals for Fernando Santos’ side to record a comfortable win in the Algarve.

On Tuesday, Portugal will face Luxembourg in a World Cup qualifying match. If Ronaldo plays, he will win his 182nd cap, falling only 13 short of Malaysian Soh Chin Ann’s global record of 195 caps.
