Cristiano Ronaldo plans to spend at least €21 million on a magnificent property after retiring from football

Cristiano Ronaldo, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, has already set his sights on a €21 million retirement mansion in his native Portugal.

The opulent mansion is being built for the Portuguese actor and his family in Quinta do Marinha, Cascais, about 20 kilometers from Lisbon. However, because to the worldwide pandemic, the Ukrainian crisis, and inflation, the building cost has climbed from €12 million to €21 million.

Despite the huge cost rise, the 37-year-old is apparently eager to spend whatever it takes to construct his home for his post-retirement days.

The smartly planned home has a floor size of more than 3000 square meters and is built on one hectare of urbanized land. The home is expected to be quite the sumptuous address for the Manchester United striker, with a big garage for more than 20 cars, two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor gym, a tennis court, and a number of magnificent rooms.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s retirement house is planned to be finished in the summer of 2023, however extra delays are possible.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been visiting Portugal on a regular basis to personally supervise the development and assure the quality of his retirement house. The luxury elements of the house are simply unrivaled, from the greatest Italian marble to solid gold taps to a sophisticated heating system and even an original Louis Vuitton painting.

Ronaldo has also entrusted the design of his new property to his wife, Georgina Rodriguez, and his trusty decorator and friend, Paula Brito. Brito, a native of Barcelos in Portugal, has adorned all of the five-time UEFA Champions League winner’s prior homes.
