Here are the four Juventus players that scored the most goals in 2021:
Paulo Dybala scored 11 goals
Dybala missed 19 games last season owing to various injuries, and when he was healthy, he was rarely at his best. Dybala only scored three goals in the second half of the 2020-21 season.
The Argentine began the 2021-22 season in great form in front of goal, but muscle concerns have slowed his progress once again. In 17 appearances, Dybala has scored eight goals, five in Serie A and three in the Champions League.
Federico Chiesa scored 15 goals
Chiesa finished the second half of the 2020-21 season on a high note, scoring 12 goals for the Italian champions. Due to injury, the naturally gifted winger has missed seven Serie A games this season.
So far, he’s scored once in Serie A and twice in the Champions League.
Alvaro Morata scored 17 goals
Morata scored seven goals in Serie A in the second half of the 2020-21 season, including a game-winning brace in a 3-1 win over Lazio. In the Coppa Italia and the Supercoppa Italiana, he scored a few more goals.
This season, Morata has scored seven goals in all competitions for Juventus.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored 20 goals
Despite not having played for Juventus for four months, Cristiano Ronaldo will end the year as the club’s top scorer with 20 goals. In Serie A, he scored 17 times, twice in the Coppa Italia semifinals, and once in the Supercoppa Italiana.
